bodyfleur asked: In regards to Lady Shiva, it's passable because classically Hinduism spread from modern day Afghanistan through South East Asia and down into Indonesia. The largest Vishnu temple in the world is Angkor Wat which is in Cambodia. Since Lady Shiva doesn't have a real country of origin, it's likely she came from an area that practiced a form of Hinduism, though why she would be named "Shiva" straight out is bizarre; it's generalyl a masculine name.

It makes a bit more sense if Shiva is purely a code name/title, with Sandra being her real birth name. Canon is a bit contradictory on that point.

Personally I like to subscribe to the former, and her and Carolyn actually being born in Detroit.
