My favourite Batgirl. My favourite Robin.

You took that away from them, in horrible ways trenched in racism and classism and sexism.

You brought Stephanie back. It didn’t erase what you did to her, but it made up for it, a little. You finally gave her respect and stability. She flourished. And now you’re taking it away, when she’s barely made her mark. 

Cassandra is finally part of the Bat franchise again, after being treated like she never existed. And now that position is already in jeopardy.

Putting Barbara back in the cowl does more than damage her. It undermines the women who came after her and made it their own. It says the Asian girl and the poor girl weren’t good enough.  

These two characters, these strong and complex women, they’ve already been abused and erased. I thought you were trying to fix that.
